Can I add my entire service team to the training tool?

Can a coach execute a gameplan without a team? We encourage you to get the entire team connected so that everyone operates on the same page. We do, however, encourage you to appoint a department champion. This person will become a main point of contact and will be responsible for making sure the in-house activities are carried out consistently.
