GM Visits Better Car People
Last month, upon the successful completion of a five month pilot program with GM consisting of 23 dealerships and thousands of leads, a General Motors contingent decided to make the trip to Monroe, NC and meet the Better Car People team. It was very exciting to host two people who were integral to the success of the Better Appointments pilot and show off our outstanding workforce.
Better Appointments is the newest product to join the Better Car People portfolio. We developed a new method for distributing OnStar service notifications, offer upsell opportunities, and provided important feedback on the service habits of GM customers. Better Appointments provides the car owner with available service appointment times whenever an OnStar notification is sent. Our visitors from GM spent a few hours in the new sales area and received a tour of our office location. After their visit, they asked if we were hiring!
