A lot has been happening at BetterCarPeople in the last few weeks. From attending the GM eSummmit and launching our new website, to hiring two new, exceptional employees.
Last month, BetterCarPeople visited the Dallas/Ft. Worth GM eSummit that kicked off the 5 stop tour. Then, on August 28th, they traveled to the windy city of Chicago for the second stop on the eSummit tour. It was good to see old friends from the automotive industry. The founder of BetterCarPeople, Matthew Belk, is speaking at each location on the tour, his presentation is on Crafting a Quality Response. Matthew’s workshop provides training on how to design responses that get customers into the dealership. He establishes the relationship between response times and close ratios. He also explains what pieces make up a quality response and provides useful examples. We are eagerly looking forward to the Philadelphia and Orlando eSummit stops in October and Las Vegas in November.
Matthew also traveled to Detroit, MI this month to record a video presentation of his GM eSummit workshop. It was recorded in front of a green screen to provide more animation for the video. GM will be including the video on their web site. We will make sure to let you know once it has been posted.

informative. We also wanted to highlight our core products, OvernightBDC

We also welcomed two new members to our staff, David Marod who is joining BetterCarPeople as our new VP of Sales and Gabe Febus who is joining us as the newest addition to our Account Executive team.
