Same Better Car People, Even Better Website


For those of you who follow us on Twitter or Facebook, you may already know that we are in the process of redesigning the Better Car People  website. But don’t worry because we are still the same Better Car People, just with an even better website!

As Winston Churchill put it, “To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.” We are always striving to improve and provide the best service and products for our valued customers. We saw a need to further emphasize our core products on the Better Car People website. And thus began the journey to a new, redesigned website!

OvernightBDC for dealership's sales departments started as our core product and it has really excelled and thrived. It has given us the opportunity to pursue other automotive and software products that serve as cost effective solutions for dealers. Better Car People introduced OvernightBDC for service departments about a year and a half ago and the number of dealerships using OvernigthBDC for Service has steadily grown. Within the last year the numbers began rapidly increasing. As a result, we knew we really needed to showcase that area of our business on our website.

Although OvernightBDC for Service was on our site, it was difficult to find and wasn’t given the attention it deserved. We also didn’t have enough examples to better explain the product. Our goal with the website redesign is to include OvernightBDC for Service in the main navigation bar and house it under the “Our Services” section.

Other goals for the website redesign include: to have easier site navigation, to cast a spotlight on our valued customers as key dealers, to place more emphasis on video testimonials and to introduce new products. The website is also more SEO friendly. Our desire was to integrate search engine optimization tactics, further into the site. to attract new dealerships who may have not heard of us yet.

We can’t wait to introduce our new website and we promise to show you once it is finished!
