BCP Travels to Service Club Meetings

Better Car People, located in Monroe, NC set out on a campaign of sorts this past summer to get the word out to GM service departments about our new product, Better Appointments. Our sales managers have been traveling to General Motors Service Club meetings all over the United States. They traveled from Atlanta to California to Pennsylvania, and a few other locations along the way.

Better Car People is on a mission to reach out and engage more customers and dealerships. Service departments are routinely a busy part of a car dealership and it can be difficult to get in touch with managers and fix operations directors at these stores. This posed a problem for our sales team. They found themselves asking “How do we get in touch with these service managers?”  

Attending the GM Service Club meetings sounded like the logical answer!

Service meetings allow the sales team to discuss our products and service offerings in a casual atmosphere. They have attended face-to-face service meetings, as well as a few online meetings.

Better Appointments and Overnight BDC for Service have been very well received. Service managers have said they like the look of the product and have referred to the response process as “slick and easy to use”.
