Say Hello to Account Executive, Gabe Febus
Gabe Febus comes to BetterCarPeople with a lot of experience under his belt. He spent 5 years at Fortis Inc. as an IT Help Desk Technician. While there he was on a team of 30 who were in charge of supporting 10,000 users with any and all hardware and software related issues.
From there he moved on to work another 5 years for U.S. Bank as a Fraud Account Specialist. As a Fraud Account Specialist, Gabe was responsible for running reports and reviewing accounts to determine if customers were committing fraud. He also aided customers who were victimized by fraud.
Gabe originally joined BetterCarPeople as a part time QA employee. While part of the QA team, Gabe was responsible for answering lead notifications via the web for the 800+ dealerships through BetterCarPeople’s OvernightBDC service. After a short six months in this position, Gabe showed tremendous promise and was offered a position as an Account Executive.
Gabe is currently responsible for setting up newly registered dealerships, walking them through our system and showing them how it operates. He is also responsible for answering the support line and assisting our clients in a variety of different services, so far he is doing a pretty bang up job.
In his spare time, Gabe enjoys spending time with his wife and 1 year old daughter, Samantha. He also enjoys pilates, yoga, paintball, tabletop RPG and shooting at the local range (although he doesn’t hit the target often).
Gabe believes that BetterCarPeople feels like home and that moving to the Account Executive team is a positive step, both professionally and personally, which has allowed him the opportunity to utilize his past experience.
